Circus Elephant Bookends circa. 1920. Carved wooden elephant figures, kneeling, mounted on base with hinges. Beautiful detail on elephants with intricate carved design on bases. Flags are removable, wooden poles with delicate metal detail on poles, held in the curl of the elephant’s trunk. These unusual circus elephant bookends are a rare find and a wonderful piece to display on a mantel
